but i just cant believe how time juz passes faster with each year. wow. come to think of it, life is really short. what happens when you die?

its the june holidays. rejoice. rejoice. rejoice. w00ts.

i have a freaking urge to post all the homework for the holidays, which i have no idea how to go about completing it. well im wasnt going to think about it till tmr or monday, i actually planned to sleep friday night and the whole of today away, but i figured out i better start my hw today.

but i ended up doing nothing today still. cca run in morning, afternoon played fifa 08 for first time since 10 weeks. yes! won two matches. my 4-3-3 formation works wonders, with berbatov and rooney and tevez leading the frontline. but im getting incredibly frustrated with rooney whos been missing so many clear cut chances. but omg. berbatov scored three headers in a game! stark contrast to the champions league disaster. dun wanna talk abt it. man u juz fell apart..no defence, no midfield, no attack, except c.ronaldo probably.

after playing, slept,slept,slept.

here i am. on the computer once again. wanted to do my tkam guidebk but well...went to the Britain Got talent website and watched all the semi finals videos. Britian got Talent is a fantastic show seriously, all the Britain talents competiting for the honour. Anyway, I love Good Evans, Julian Smith and most of all THE UNBELIEVABLE DANCER AIDEN DAVIS. omg hes so cool. i cant embed the video here, but seriously u should go look at him cos hes amazing.

great. so i havent posted for more den one month. what an achievement. the blog is not suprisingly dead, one tag every month.

i seemed to have lost the passion for blogging. or probably i've been too lazy or tired or busy. hmm. i dont know how to express myself on the blog anymore. its kinda hard. why am i so weird.

never mind. what a month so far. i've been thinking hard about the world recently. signs of a swine flu pandemic could just destroy the world, could it? coupled with global warming, what will happen next year, and the following year, and 3 years after that? will it just perish?

wow. i must say it was a crazy match. disappointing for my case. since man u were thrashed. liverpool deserved the win, for the way they defended for their lives, and took their chances. but they wouldnt have won too if not for the individual errors from man u.

first, vidic was robbed of the ball by torres who went off to finish
next, evra made a poor tackle and gerrard bundled home the penalty
then, with gerrard through on goal, vidic brings him down. vidic is sent off ( though i thought he wasnt the last man) and liverpool scores from the freekick
lastly, reina pumps the ball forward and man u defence fail to clear the ball, leaving dossena to chip the ball over van der sar.

ok, 4-1 just like that. i think playing 2 or 3 matches every week juz took a toll on man u. today was just a frustrating and disappointing outing for them...i think they were real unlucky not to score, but ultimately i thought their poor defence to blame for today's loss.

well, if they lose their game in hand, its gonna go down all the way to the wire...

heyhey. hi people. i havent posted for one month le. so sorry!...

its alr week 7 of term 1 and life hasnt really improved. sec 2 life is seriously so busy if i took more stuff or have more committments mayb i would just faint and collapse one day. nxt week gonna have math cct, english cct, science quiz and whatnot. chinese is super hardcore too. our teacher is dam enthu. haiz. got so much hw, coupled with e-learning for the two staff training days next week. no break sia. tonite is gonna be the mayb the second nite of the term when i can sleep as long as i want. haha. nowadays, i really treasure sleep. i guess its the best time of the day, seriously.

well, i havent been doing well for my cca too. i seriously suck, keep losing nowadays. ahhh

anywae, moving on to world affairs. and yes man u rock. i take back my words about berbatov being a lousy buy last year, haha hes scoring like every match nowadays. w00ts! and old players and giggs and scholes are excelling too. its just a pleasure to watch man u entertain us fans!

well, on the other hand, i've been extremely frustrated with the detroit pistons in the NBA. seriously what has gone into them? they seriously suck after trading billups for AI. six-game losing streak, 27-26 record. they may not even make the playoffs!!!! come on wake up!

it hasnt been the best three weeks of my life so far in 2009. well, homework,projects,coupled with training and other stuff, i have to admit im exhuasted. i cant believe i almost fell asleep during class... i was hoping to get a well-deserved break over the cny but apparently i have to rush through all my homework and lose even more sleep. theres training and reunion dinner tomorrow and obviously i will be out on mond and tues for cny. i should seriously improve on my time management....

anywae, today was cny celebrations..it was ok lar...after tt played soccer a while den had lunch before going training...sorry peeps, i couldnt go back to rosyth cos of training..haha...well i also went to sony ericsson after training and demanded a phone exchange...alr the 4th time i went there le...so they agreed cos they promised last time alr...but they gonna take my phone away for quite some time so im stuck with some bulky ugly phone now they gave me...

i should seriously treasure my time now...gonna do hw...

thats how it is when you just dont treasure time..it just flies away..and i still cant bring myself to accept the fact that the holidays are now over...wth..didnt i just celebrate after the eoys ended a minute ago?

still, its a fact that today is the final final final final final day of 2008. it has been quite an unforgettable year, seriously. it was a whole brand new journey we embarked on this year. a new school. a new class. new friends. new cca. and stuff. frankly, i have learned a lot from this year, and of course it is inevitable that i bring with me many regrets too.

i know sec 1 will be our most relaxing year of our 6-year education in raffles.( if only i was sec 1 this year and next year and next year...haha) your first year in ri, definitely less expectations will be placed on you, and of course, less stress COMPARED TO the following years in ri. sec 2 will bring about much more challenges, which i myself do not know if im prepared to face. i still feel like im in the festive mood of the holiday season.

and thats why, i still havent finished my homework, with just two more days to school. the past one or two weeks hav been well, working 30% while the other 70% was for eating sleeping training playing going out. well, i havent read up on any single book that we are studying in sec 2, which i know i will definitely regret later. but again, theres really nothing i can do now. i've just learnt a lesson i should always start on my hw ultra early den i will have time for other stuff.

despite everything, i would like to thank everyone who has really helped and supported me throughout this year, and of course i want to apologise to those who i have offended too. sorry.

well, now, before school commences, get ready for the new year countdown, have fun for the last time/second of the year.

what else can i say? im just extremely disappointed. i cant accept the fact singapore lost. singapore never lose when they are expected to win. just how they lost to a vietnam side that defended the entire match, im still confused and shocked.

i cant believe singapore got knocked out of the aff cup. they always win in this competition, they looked like winning here...they had a hell lot of chances...thousands of corners...JUST HOW COULD THEY NOT SCORE...THEY WERE SO FREAKING CLOSE! I WISH I COULD JUST GO ONTO THE FIELD AND KICK IT INTO THE NET!!!!..it was just plain unlucky...i know they tried and did everything they could...but a defensive error just destroyed everything for them...

it just doesnt bode well and its a jinx when you start so brilliantly in the competition. singapore won everything in the grp stages and now they are knocked out. unlike last editions where they started badly and they won the trophy in the end!

im just so disappointed. it was just so unlucky.i was full of anticipation and excitement two hours ago...but now i just feel... like shit.

if u r a supporter of soccer, heres something which i suddenly felt an urge to post:

as i actually look back at some of man u's videos for their matches this season, somehow i just feel they've worsened. maybe they wont win the title this season. they havent won against the big 3. the arrival of berbatov hasnt helped much so far. man u has been missing targetmen like berbatov for past seasons but somehow i just feel rooney and tevez fit into a better strikeforce and ronaldo can play better that way too( 42 goals last season)...but berbatov is still a good player...i bought him in fifa 08 and seriously he rocks.

ok, next. i havent bin doing my homework which i planned to do for this week. somehow i just feel so sian trying to look for info on the net and when i fail to even find something, that makes me even more frustrated. i dont even know if i can finish the hw if i continue like this...sighs...

well, just two more weeks to jan 2. well, obviously everyone's still immersed in the christmas festive season..so many peeps going holiday at this point of time.so do enjoy urselves before everything ends and u have to wait at least one more year to enjoy and have fun again!

yes. im back from the trip.(long ago) it just flew like that. i just cant believe how fast time actually passes. really. its just something that i've become more conscious of these months...

throughout the trip, much of the time was devoted to travelling on the coach from places to places. i actually enjoyed the travelling part of the coach very much cos it would be very quiet ( everyone was sleeping ) and i could like enjoy the scenery from the window( its all desert and grass and mountains in US) while doing a lot of thinking about the past present and future.

other than thinking, i just walked away the days in US..actually i just walked, sat on the coach, ate and slept. ha.

we went to quite a few places in US. but spent a brief time in each of the places. like we went to LA for the theme parks (kinda fun)..las vegas for shopping , sightseeing and more places. talking about shopping, we spent so much time shopping there cos the stuff was freaking cheap in those factory outlets. go buy a sports new balance shoe in there it only costs 20 plus bucks but in singapore it costs 100 plus bucks..

the sightseeing was a whole new, fun experience, like how this trip has been. of course from this trip, i got a break from a hectic year, and i think that break ends here. i got to turn back to squash and of course a sec 2 life ahead of me. isnt that how life is?

well, when i came back from the trip, i felt terrible..i started to get running nose terrible headaches and i thought i had fever. but the feeling was just terrible. i think it was jet lag playing a part. i just felt worse den having a fever. at least i felt i couldnt even walk for a period.

zzz. so after that and everything i resumed cca training..my legs are still aching from yesterday's 6.2km run...fared badly.. muz be cos neva run for 2 weeks le.

i feel bad now, coupled by the fact that i somehow have to complete the impossible chinese homework. wth. the work just piles misery onto me and the holidays.

today just couldnt have started on a worser note when i found man u dropped 2 points at white hart lane.

as i've experienced , songs are really the thing to cheer you up when you are down and alone. they also help you to be able to sleep and thus forget all the misery you have. lol. shant/ dont feel like elaborating on miseries.

anyway, let me now touch on one of the funniest tribal councils ever in survivor history on friday. as i did mention on friday randy was jacked and betrayed by his own ally bob. looking back at it, i think it was kinda hilarious. still, at the end when randy walked away, i kinda felt sorry for him.
haha. one of the funny parts was when krystal voiced out loud her vote. look at randy and corrine's changes in expression when they realise the idol is fake. lol. and charlie looks handsome or cute there too. lol.

ohno. im really lagging behind in my chinese book reading. going overseas next week le. shit cant slack so much.

talking about training, im getting really frustrated with myself thinking abt it now. today scgs came over for friendly. wth. just like the recent matches i have been playing, i have been throwing away my leads and ending up to lose the match. so frustrating and sometimes agonising. maybe i just cant keep my composure. my service keeps screwing up and throwing away points while my receiving also needs a lot of practice.
whats worse is i cant make it to the penang trip. im gonna keep a close watch on my diet overseas. seriously if i stop exercise for even like 5 days, i sure lose fitness, and my strokes get worse.

kk. now on to TV. just finished watching survivor gabon. this season has been really interesting. randy got jacked this time round and i hope ken goes all the way.
so sad i missing next week's episode. apparently theres a idol hidden somewhere in the nabog camp.

hohoho..man u thrashed stoke 5-0. brilliant! i fell asleep just before half time only to wake up at full time. this sucks. i always miss fantastic football played by man u.

well. i fell asleep cos i was tired. morning i went for run and shit my timing sucked there man. omg. i seriously dont know why. im not going for the penang trip so i have to work doubly hard on my fitness!! i think im not going to eat too much on my hols. later i come back after my holiday cannot run at all.zzz

den evening i went for my cousin's birthday party again. this time my mother's side. well i didnt like the food too much. it was peranakan. i didnt eat too much. i spent so much time listening to my uncles and relatives talking the economic downturn. now some even have to revert back to 4 day weeks and cut pay, or worse some kenna retrenched. sighs.

well, i juz realised there isnt much time in these holidays left. i better hurry up in finishing my chinese book. heck. you know. i hate it. i dont really understand the book. chinese has now become the subject i hate most for these hols?

wow. and i just watched golf for the past 3 hours. the barclays singapore open on channel 5. hmmm. im so disappointed with lam chih bing our singapore rep. nvm. try harder!

P.S oh yeaaa. survivor gabon was damn cool this week. 3rd blindside in 3 consecutive weeks! ken rocks. hahaz. check it out!

my toe hurts. its been hurting since last tuesday. seems like i fractured it or something. i doubt so. i dunno. but it realli hurts until i cant walk sumtimes. and i've got painful blisters now too. sighs....

today we all were at sgcc training from 10 onwards. i left only at 7. zz so that was around 8 hours or so of training. well thats why i got blisters. but it was worth it u know staying in the afternoon. james wilstrop the world no. 3 came today. conducted a clinic and played exhibition matches( funny :) ). hes tall. vry tall.

these few days have bin conducting trials. sighs. dun realli wanna talk abt it.

i think im going to play some com games now. zzz. still havent started on my cl hw.

well. i still cant help feeling pissed off. frustrated. how the .... could man u lose to a weakened arsenal side (2-1) without proper strikers, full of inexperience... and whats more. man u were boasting of the likes of rooney, ronaldo, berbatov. i have so much to say about the match man.

1. ferguson shouldnt have played gary neville still lacking in match fitness and at fault for both goals. rafael rocks! should have seen his brilliant slide tackle!

2. man u's midfield were thrashed by arsenal five man midfield.( i wish scholes and hargreaves would return!!)
fielding park was a mistake. giggs should have started.

3. rooney was so bloody frustrated tevez should have come on earlier. bbc actually said man u fare better when ronaldo rooney and tevez play. so berbatov should have come off probably.

but again berbatov is such a brilliant playmaker. but sometimes i dont know if buying him was the right choice cos tevez rooney are great together like during last season.

from the arsenal point of view they did very well so credit to them. nasri is pro. and they attack with such fluency, really they play realli nice football

well, despite everything, i still think this has been of the best matches i've watched so far.( i only watched 40 mins of the second half after returning from my cousin's birthday party) both teams played so openly that both kept attacking ( especially counter attacks).

to end, i just like to say.. man u lost cos they failed to convert their chances. i think they should practise more of the shooting and not playmaking.

well. yeps its the hols. im not going to start on my hw anytime this week i think. i fell asleep reading the first page of the chinese book on the bed. well i cant use the com 4 the whole day so i've digged out the storybooks on my shelves to occupy the remaining of the day. came across harry potter and realised i've forgotten the story outline of the first few books. so went back to read again. haha. quite interesting sia. reading the chamber of secrets. dont know why they only screening the movie half blood prince next year. thought it was this dec at first.

well the last few days at school..hmm..actually i havent posted for one whole week so many things have happened. well monday most important event was the interclass soccer finals. wow. i cant believe i missed the match cos i was playing soccer with my class ( knocked out in the quarter-finals ). but i couldnt hav missed the penalty shoot outs. 1A lost on penalty to 1I after they won us on penalites in the quarter finals like weeks ago...but seriously i heard many say they dominated the whole game on monday. and theres no reason i shouldnt believe. they've got a talented lot. playing wonderful fancy football when we played against them. their build up to goals are realli nice.

tuesday was emo. headmaster's last day. well hes a nice guy. i wish him all the best in the future. well i realli dont know what to expect in the next 3 years. new headmistress. RI is now a mixed school.

monday a few sec 4s gave speeches , inspiring ones in front of us. realli im starting to do some reflections and think about my next three years at RI, like in my last post. i look back and regret , really regret a decision i made earlier this year.

i think im going back to reading the chamber of secrets again.

got back all my results alr. im satisfied la. i cant say im disppointed cos the results were kinda expected liao. though my gpa drop juz little bit from PR2, im seriously content.

yes so that sums up my secondary one year. i will miss sec 1 i think. sec 2 will be much more torturing. definitely. i want to contribute to morrison, take part in house competitions or any other competitions. seeing morrison win the house championship, si yuan ( house captain) showing gratitude to everyone, i feel i definitely have a part to play in the house. i dont want to walk away from RI and feel i've never become a true Morrisonian. still, congrats morrison for achieving outstanding results and making history.

one lesson i've learned this year is also that we probably shouldnt be too committed to something no matter how important it is, b'cos there are so many other new opportunites out there waiting for you to try and gain from. i think those people who seek this new experiences beneift more.

i dont know what to expect in the next two months and 2009. right now, im still in disbelief cos i checked out asknlearn and realised there is chinese hol hw. i cant believe this man. this sucks. have to read two books and do a book review for one of them. and coincidentally, i suck at chinese book reviews, the last time i did one i fared terribly. zzz

well, on a sidenote. i dont know why you people...haiz. i suck and i really suck at putting this across. i guess all i have to say is that i realli have no intention of hurting anyone.

wth. i cant believe man u actually drew with everton 1-1! wth. they were practically owning everton and could hav gone up by more goals but they only had a 1-0 lead. den 2nd half man u played lyk some shit so everton took advantage and scored. cant believe rio ferdinand made so many blunders.zzzz. dont want to talk abt it le feel damn pissed and frustrated.

so yeah. i sort of wasted 6 hours of my life going out shopping with my family.zzz. after the run, we went to bishan where we had lunch there at s-11. dun talk abt what we did ther. we den went to takashimaya where my mum was buying stuff tgther with and for my father and brother at many shops especially giordano where we spent one hours or more. ya they were buying stuff and i was sitting on the sofa for one entire hour almost falling asleep. of course i didnt i was observing how the staff and the cashiers were serving many customers. and their service was really good. haha. one customer even wanted to write in to compliment them. loved their service manz realli heart-warming.

haiz. was posting halfway b/4 dinner but i had a terrible sharp pain my my stomach suddenly den i immediately went to bed and rest and fell asleep, den my mum go off the com for me. zzz. i was going to post some videos juz now but now too lazy to go and retrieve them le.

haiz. today nothing better to do so go sku play squash for 2 or so hours den met yyt for lunch where we practically were emoing around quite foolishly. den come back my mum kinda forced me to start packing my files. so i spent lyk maybe 1 hour doing that. haiz. my files are untidy and messy cos i havent bin filing since a few wks b/4 the eoys. so i settled my filing for science, chinese and math. still muz spend more time to do english geog and history.

well. man u beat celtic 3-0. berba two goals were i though offside. haha but hes still a great contributor and rooney's goal was just...wow... pure class. i should try to post a video soon maybe tmr. dont know.

hmmm. so my eoys are finally over. i wont spam in excitement. i think the crucial thing still lies in next week. if we lyk get bad results i dont think we will feel that happy like how we r now.
